And so it begins...

I start a lot of writing projects, and then quickly abandon them. The form of writing is inconsequential paper or pen, blog or word, it all seems to fade away. So I start this blog with due pessimism, but I hope that I can learn to grow in dedication to myself and show some discipline.

What I want this to be is an honest place, a creative place, a place where I try not worry about what people are thinking about, but rather have them connect with me (if they so choose) where I am.

Perhaps you are wondering about the pename thing. While I am, in general, a very open person, I fear the powers of Google. I simply do not want future employers, clients, of persons unkown to pop my name into google and find me, and so I choose a penname so that I might protect myself.
